Starters

Lightly curried parsnip and chestnut soup with warm bread

Smoked salmon and mackerel mousse with pickled cucumber and horseradish  

Goat’s cheese and honey bonbon, with beetroot carpaccio, mix leaves, praline walnuts, smoked chilli and coriander dressing 

Home smoked whipped chicken livers with red onion jam, pickled onions and toasted bread

Coddled duck egg, mushroom veloute, mushroom powder, raw mushrooms, walnut and parmesan

Game Terrine with berry jam and rustic toast

 

Mains

Roasted pheasant breast with white onion puree, black pudding, new potatoes braised with pancetta, chestnuts and shallots

Turkey and pancetta pie, berry jam, Brussel sprouts, carrot puree, parmentier potatoes and jus

Pan fried smoked haddock with leek and potato chowder, kale and lightly curried mussels

Cauliflower cheese risotto with paprika, pickled cauliflower and spinach 

Roasted pork tenderloin coated in coarse grain mustard with honey roasted parsnip puree, potato and garlic cake, apple compote and jus   

Vegetable, almond & Brazil nut roast with berry jam, parmentier potatoes, carrot puree, and white wine and herb sauce

Chocolate and walnut brownie with vanilla ice cream

Tia Maria crème brulee with short bread

Apple and hazelnut crumble with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
